Remote Diagnostics & Repairs
When your computer has a problem which you need repairing it doesn’t always require you to bring your machine into the workshop, you might not be able to transport it to us or live at the other end of the country.
Using the very latest in support software our technicians can remotely connect to your computer at home or work to diagnose and fix it, without the need to unplug and carry it down to the shop. All that is required is an internet connection, then you can let one of our technicians diagnose and fix your issues over the internet.
Problems we can diagnose and fix using a remote repair include;

We cant use this service to repair or diagnose hardware faults, for these repairs the machine would need to be in our workshop or an engineer on-site with the machine.
