When you use our HomeCall service one of our friendly and qualified technicians will aranage a time and date that suits you as not to inconvenience any part of your day.

Then they will arrive on the scheduled date, assess and carry out the work you require to be done keeping any explanations you need on what they are doing as jargon-free as possible, while also answering any questions you may have about what they are doing.

Once everything has been completed they will show you what has been done and provide you with a quick demonstration to show you it working then leave you to get on with your day.

As with all our other services should it be we can’t fix what you booked us to do, perhaps there is a BT line fault stopping us setting up your broadband, we dont charge and will simply inform you of the problem and arrange a time to come back once the issue is resolved.
