Bank Scam Emails

Once again there is a fresh batch of fake bank emails being sent round, this set is mainly pretending to be Alliance & Leicester.

There nasty aim is to pretend to be the actual bank sending you a comuncation where it requires you to fill out a form, this form is accessed by a link on the email. However this link doesnt take you to Alliance & Leicester website its to the scammers fake website.

Once you fill in the form the scammers will have your account and personal data which is all they need to clear out your bank!

The simple rule is your banks will NEVER email asking you to put in your account or personal data. So just delete it and if you think it maybe genuine, give your bank a quick call and they will happily help.

We all recieve them from time to time, as long as you have a good antivirus programe.. such as Bullguard Internet Security and just delete it you should be okay.

Our Recomendation if you do recieve a Fake email like this, just bring your Computer into our workshop or give us a call so we can give it a FREE Health Check for you.

We can make sure it hasnt given your any nasty Viruses or Spyware and that your are adequately protected.
